Over the course of one year, Rebecca Shingledecker was diagnosed with a brain tumor, had surgery, and experienced two additional brain injuries. This year, she competed in the CrossFit Games’ inaugural adaptive athlete division and now joins the podcast to talk about adaptation and tenacity.
